CHANTELLE BARRY

A native of Perth Western Australia, Chantelle Barry first caught the public's eye in 2000 when she won Australia's version of POPSTARS, earning a coveted spot in the all-girl pop group, Bordot. The group's debut single, ""Poison"", entered the ARIA Singles Chart at #1, where it spent two consecutive weeks, earning a double platinum certification. It became the sixth highest selling single in Australia in 2000, and was the highest selling single by an Australian act that year. Currently residing in Los Angeles, Chantelle has returned to her singer/songwriter roots and has just completed her debut solo album 'Simple Things' which will be have an official iTunes release July 7th 2009. Her songwriting efforts have garnered her a 3rd place win in the Song of the Year songwriting contest and helped her reach the finals in the Music Nation online music competition.Chantelle Barry is also an actress known for Marvel's Iron Man VR (2020), Doom Patrol (2019) and Vincentov svet (2004).
